Why habits

Goals are the tree. Habits are the soil.

The goal is what people see. The thirty days of showing up underneath it are what keep it standing.

01 / Habits

A habit tracker that keeps you coming back.

Tap the flame to check in. Watch every habit grow from a seed to an ancient tree. Stack new habits onto ones you already do, and keep streaks going with friends.

Seed to ancient tree

Every habit levels up as you check in, through nine stages from Seed to Ancient, and you always see how close the next one is. Streaks, milestones and comebacks earn badges, and badges unlock leaf canopy rings for your avatar.

One tap. Streak kept.

Check in from Today or your habit list. Every 7-day run earns a streak freeze that covers a missed day.

A year at a glance

Every habit gets its own grid, so you can see good weeks, slow months and the comeback.

Stack it on a routine

Anchor a new habit to something you already do, so it has a time and place from day one.

Habit strength

A 0–100% score that every check-in builds. A miss is a dent, not a reset.

Habits that grow with you

Turn on auto-increase and the target steps up while you keep hitting it: +2 kg a week when you hit 6 of 7 days, holding steady otherwise.

Habit blueprints

Borrow a routine that works

Habit blueprints are ready-made habit sets based on the publicly reported routines of high achievers. Defaults stay sensible, the extreme parts are marked Advanced and left unticked, and you can untick or rename any habit before adding the set in one tap.

02 / Goals

Say the goal. Get the plan.

Goaltree's AI turns an ambition into milestones, targets and tasks, and suggests the habits that will carry it. When life changes, it replans what's ahead without touching what you've done.

01

A full plan in seconds

Type or say a goal. Get milestones, targets and the first tasks, plus habits to build along the way.

03

Replans, keeps your progress

Skipped a task three times or missed a milestone deadline? It adjusts what's ahead. Finished work stays finished.

Need a break? Freeze a goal and its tasks and habits pause without breaking your streak.

Brain dump

Talk it out. Get tasks, habits and goals.

Tap the mic and say whatever's on your mind. Goaltree pulls out the tasks, habits and goals you mentioned, and you choose which to keep.

Screenshot to tasks Pro

Snap your notes. Skip the retyping.

In Brain dump, pick, paste or drop a photo or screenshot: meeting notes, a whiteboard, an email, a chat or a to-do list. Goaltree turns it into tasks, events, habits and goals for you to review.

  • Crossed-out items are skipped.
  • Dates, times and places are pulled out: “Team lunch Friday 12:30 at Nando’s” becomes an event with a location.
  • On your phone, use the camera or pick from your photo library.
Read the update: Talk, don’t type

03 / Today

Where your habits and goals meet.

Every morning, one screen: the habits due today and the 5 tasks that matter most across your goals. It reads your calendar, so busy days stay light.

  • AI-curated daily. Goaltree picks the 5 tasks that move the needle most across all your goals.
  • Calendar-aware. Busy day with meetings? Lighter load. Wide-open day? Full 5. It reads your calendar.
  • Habits in the same list. Tap the flame to check in, right next to your tasks.

06 / Check-ins

Check in with a look.

Snap a photo and your coach offers a couple of looks — war paint on your face, a zen temple background, a filter, a mask — and applies one only if you tap it. Your real face stays in every shot.

  • Coach-suggested looks. After you take the check-in frame, your coach offers two looks that fit the habit.
  • Tap to apply. Tap a look to restyle the photo while keeping the same person. Original puts the plain shot back.
  • Wholesome only. Looks stay tasteful: face paint, a new background, a filter or mask — never anything that changes who you are.

04 / Schedule

Plans with a time and a place.

Events now sit right alongside your tasks and habits. See what's next on Today, plan two weeks ahead in the Events tab in Everyday, and get a reminder before each one starts.

Type it the way you'd say it.

Just start typing. When it sounds like an event, Goaltree picks out the day, the time and the @place and turns them into chips you can adjust with a tap. Or add one straight from the Events tab.

Hi, it's Ada. I noticed your run and your reading both slipped the last two days, so I wanted to check in. What got in the way? How about just ten minutes of reading tonight, to get going again?

When your coach calls Pro only, and only if you switch it on. Between 10:00 and 21:00, never in your quiet hours. Only on a day with nothing done yet: in the evening when a streak is about to end, or when two habits slipped on their last two due days. At most once a week. 07 / Groves and friends

Habits stick better with friends.

Keep a shared streak in a grove, cheer each other on, race the weekly leaderboard and plan goals together in real time.

Private groups

Everyone checks in. The grove grows.

The grove streak counts the days in a row everyone checked in, so your check-in matters. Today shows exactly where things stand: “3 of 4 checked in — your turn.” Your groves live in the Groups tab on Today, next to Feed: swipe across and the group chat, group coach and daily check-in are right there.

Members only see each other's public progress, like streaks and check-ins. Your goal names stay private.

The top of your Feed shows friends finishing habits, tasks and milestones the moment they do, with a one-tap boost. Below them runs an anonymous stream from everyone else: someone in Lisbon just hit a 30-day streak.

Private goals never appear, and the global stream never shows names or photos. Choose what you share in settings.

Bring your coach

Your coach, working inside your plan.

Working with a coach, trainer or mentor? Send them a one-time invite link, or accept theirs. They adjust your goals, tasks and deadlines right where you work on them, and leave you a note on Today. An assistant helps them prep for each session, using only what you share.

You choose which goals they see and whether your habits and check-ins are shared. They can’t tick anything off for you, and either of you can end it at any time.

12 / FAQ

Questions, answered

Is Goaltree a habit tracker?

Yes. Goaltree is a habit tracker and an AI goal planner in one app. Check in habits with one tap, keep streaks going with streak freezes, watch each habit level up from Seed to Ancient, and track numbers like calories, water or steps against a daily target.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. The free plan includes up to 3 habits, 3 active goals, AI plan building with a daily limit and the Today view, with no credit card. Pro is $12.99 a month, or $59.99 a year (about $5 a month), and you can try it free for 7 days.

Does Goaltree work on iPhone and Android?

Goaltree runs in the browser on any phone, tablet or computer, and you can add it to your home screen. Native iPhone and Android apps are on the way: join the waitlist to hear the moment they launch.

How does the AI goal planner work?

Type or say a goal in one sentence. Goaltree builds milestones, targets and first tasks, and suggests habits to support it. Each day, Today picks up to 5 tasks across your goals, and if you fall behind it replans what's ahead without touching what you've finished.

Can I track calories, water or steps?

Yes, with number habits. Set a daily target and a unit, choose whether to stay under it (like calories) or reach it (like water or steps), and log amounts with quick-add buttons. On Pro, snap a meal and your coach estimates the calories and logs them.

What does the AI coach do?

The coach knows your habits, goals and upcoming events. It gives you a daily briefing, suggests what to focus on and adds tasks or habits for you. On Pro you can chat freely, hear spoken replies or call: a full call with live captions, a 2-minute quick call or a focus session. Free accounts get a short preview.

Can I add appointments and events?

Yes. Add one from the Events tab in Everyday, or type something like "Dentist thu 3pm @ Dr. Lee's office" and Goaltree fills in the date, time and place. Events show in Today's Schedule and get their own tab in Everyday, two weeks ahead, with an optional reminder before they start. Google Calendar busy times appear alongside, but events you add stay in Goaltree and aren't copied to Google Calendar.

Can I use Goaltree just for habits?

Yes. Pick “Build habits” when you sign up and skip goals entirely. Habits, streaks, levels and dot grids all work on their own, and you can add a goal any time.

Start today

Build the habit. Reach the goal.

Start with one habit and one goal. Goaltree gives you the plan, the streak and a coach to keep you going. Free to start.
