Goaltree is a habit tracker and AI goal planner. Tell it what you want and AI breaks it into milestones, daily tasks and habits, then a coach with a voice, a face and a personality keeps you on track. It runs on web, iPhone and Android in six languages.

We post short feature videos daily across TikTok, Reels, Shorts, Threads, X and LinkedIn, run an SEO site with feature, template and comparison pages in six languages, and have built-in loops: shared goal and day pages, groves, referrals and a leaderboard.

You'll own the funnel from first view to paying subscriber, and work with engineering to build growth features into the product itself.

What you'll do

• Run and scale short-form video: hooks, scripts, editing briefs, posting cadence, and learning from what works.
• Grow organic search: keyword strategy, new landing and template pages, and comparison content that stays fair and accurate.
• Improve activation and conversion: onboarding, paywall and pricing experiments, lifecycle email and push.
• Design referral and sharing loops with engineering, and measure them properly.
• Own attribution and reporting with PostHog and UTM tracking so we know what actually drives sign-ups.
• Plan launches and seasonal campaigns (New Year is our Super Bowl) across web and the app stores.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years in growth for a consumer app or subscription product.
• Hands-on with short-form video and organic social; you have grown an account or a product, and can show it.
• Comfortable with data: funnels, cohorts and experiments, without needing an analyst for every question.
• Clear, punchy writing in English.

Nice to have

• App store optimization for iOS and Google Play.
• Marketing in Japanese, Spanish, Portuguese, French or Chinese markets.
• Paid acquisition on Meta, TikTok or Google with tight budgets.

• Small team, big surface area. You will own whole features end to end: idea, design, build, ship, measure.
