Refund Policy

Goaltree is operated by TCHR Labs ("we", "us", or "our"). This Refund Policy applies to purchases of Goaltree Pro subscriptions made through our website at goaltree.ai or our mobile applications.

1. Subscription overview

Goaltree Pro is a recurring subscription (monthly or annual) that unlocks premium features including unlimited goals, AI replanning, voice capture, and advanced analytics. Subscriptions are billed automatically at the start of each billing period.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your Goaltree Pro subscription at any time. After cancellation, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current paid billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

To cancel, go to Settings → Billing → Manage subscription in the Goaltree app, or contact us at hello@goaltree.ai.

3. Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on new Pro subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with Goaltree Pro, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.

Refund requests must be submitted by emailing hello@goaltree.ai with the subject line "Refund Request" and your account email address. We aim to process all eligible refund requests within 5 business days.

After the 14-day window, subscription charges are generally non-refundable. However, we review each case individually and may issue a refund at our discretion where exceptional circumstances apply.

4. Renewal charges

Renewal charges are not eligible for a refund unless the renewal occurs within the 14-day window of the original purchase and you have not used any Pro features during the renewed period. We recommend canceling before your renewal date if you do not wish to continue.

5. Mobile app purchases

Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are subject to the respective platform's refund policies. We are unable to process refunds for these transactions directly — please contact Apple or Google directly.

6. How to request a refund

Email us at hello@goaltree.ai with:

• Your account email address
• The date of purchase
• The reason for your refund request (optional but helpful)

We will respond within 2 business days to confirm receipt and let you know the outcome.
